Single-panel home test is great for people who want a reliable drug test at home. There are single panel kits to check the presence of ecstasy, marijuana, cotinine, cocaine, methamphetamine, oxycodone and opiates. The test kit measures at drug screening levels that the Substance abuse and mental Health services administration set. (abbreviated SAMHSA): Cocaine 300ng/ml cotinine 200 ng/ml oxycodone 100 ng/ml marijuana 50ng/ml methamphetamine 500 ng/ml ecstasy 500 ng/mlCotinine: 200 ng/ml Opiates 2000ng/ml Cotinine is nicotine metabolite; it is measured in order to determine the use of nicotine. Nicotine usage may be detected for 2 or 3 days after you smoked. The panel test will provide best results for home testing. Instructions: To make a sample urinate in a sterile container. Take a test cartridge out of the pouch. Utilize the dropper to put 3 urine drops in the sample. The results are ready in 3 - 5 minutes. Results interpretation: Three outcomes for the cartridge are possible:
Failing (positive) A pink band transpires in the Control area which is marked with "C", not at the Test area that is "T". Positive results show that the levels of drug are at or higher than the level of cutoff.
Passing (negative) 2 pink bands appear: one in the "C" (control zone) and one in "T" (test zone). And a negative result shows that the levels of drug are lower than the cutoff level.
Invalid: In this case there will not appear any pink bands in the "C" zone. As a matter of fact an invalid outcome might be caused by improper test procedure or by kit deterioration. Repeat the test with a new kit.
