EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Recently, Evansville police apprehended a 21-year-old man who appeared corked off behind the wheel at a busy confluence in front of a squad car. It was revealed that a police car fetched up behind the car being driven by Steven B. Clarke as it was stopped for a red light near downtown Evansville early Tuesday.
Just as the light changed green and the car miscarried to move, the officer hooted the horn and directed a headlight on the vehicle. Then he noticed that the car failed to rattle past, officers came up on foot and smelled the flavor of marijuana spreading from it. Consequently, they managed to find a bag of marijuana in Clarke's pocket.
In the result, Clark was being apprehended Wednesday at the Vanderburgh County Jail.
According to the police affidavit Clarke pointed he is from Jamaica and smokes a lot of marijuana. |
