CENTRAL SQUARE, N.Y. - an unpleasant case has happened with a central New York couple, when their two children were captured royally drunk with marijuana and that was the reason of taking the parents into custody.
33-year-old James Tysco and 34-year-old Christina Miczek were Wednesday arrested by state police on charges of putting in adventure the heartiness of a child. For this misdemeanor it is presupposed up to a year in jail.
Functionaries at Cleveland Elementary School apprized the school district's resource officer about the possible drug use last week. After finding marijuana at the Bernhards Bay home, the boys, ages 7 and 8, incensed it. A 15-year-old charged with evaluating a smoking device for the boys was also apprehended by sergeants. Troopers didn't reveal his name because of his age.
State police could not say whether Tysco and Miczek have lawyers. |
