Police Have Executed an Operation on Criminal Apprehension

At yesterday police report it was said that they have executed an operation on criminal apprehension. The operation consisted in the following: some confidential Anne Arundel County police detectives procured marijuana from a paymaster at a McDonald's drive-through window in Edgewater, who was consequently charged with drug violations. As it was planned within the investigation detectives run down to the drive-through window at the fast-food outlet in the 100 block of Mitchells Chance Road about 2 p.m. Friday. Having ordered and paid for their food, they indicated their willingness to obtain marijuana.

Then he was immediately arrested for perpetrating a crime and was made an accusation on dissemination of a controlled hazardous substance, storage with intent to overspread marijuana, and possession of the drug. According to police date the cashier appeared to be Donald Jerrel Brice, 27, of the 1200 block of Marlboro Road in Lothian.
